Our soft skills training products are multiplayer games. These training games, called Smart Games, have been built in collaboration with HR managers, business leaders and coaches who are experts in collective intelligence.
Our objective: to foster and strengthen collective intelligence through games that highlight the importance of good communication. In addition, they point out the value of a good understanding of each person’s role and of active listening. These games also strengthen team spirit for a fun and dynamic team building activity.
